Cancellation Policy
At Bella Vita Skin Spa, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time and other clients by honoring our cancellation policy.
24-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and the late cancellation fee may apply.
Payment Method on File: A valid card is required to secure your booking. Fees will be charged automatically according to this policy.
